What you'll learn in 15 days
Days 1–3
Coffee foundations
where coffee comes from, Coorg and Karnataka coffee, processing and roast, tasting and cupping basics, hygiene and food safety, setting up a bar.
Days 4–6
Espresso
grinder dial-in; dose, yield and time; tasting extraction; machine workflow; cleaning and care.
Days 7–9
Milk and latte art
milk texture and temperature; heart, tulip and rosetta; consistency drills.
Days 10–12
Brew bar and menu
pour-over, AeroPress, French press, cold brew, and Kora.Blr signature drinks.
Days 13–15
Service and assessment
hospitality the Kora.Blr way, taking orders, speed and workflow in supervised practice on a working bar, a final practical assessment, and your placement conversation.
