Website measurement

With your permission where required, we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure page visits and engagement, including clicks on our Instagram, X and LinkedIn links. We send the platform name and footer location for those clicks, not your name, email address or enquiry details.

Experience insights

With your permission where required, Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how visitors use the website through interaction and session information. Google and Microsoft receive information such as device and browser details, approximate location derived from network information, visited pages and interaction data for measurement and website improvement.

Consent and withdrawal

In regions requiring consent, these tools remain blocked until you accept. We record your choice, when it was made, the notice version and the recipients named above in your browser. You may reject or withdraw at any time. A withdrawal applies immediately and prevents new measurement; events blocked before acceptance are not replayed.

Enquiries

When you submit a reservation, event or franchise enquiry, we use the details you provide to respond and manage that request. Enquiry details are not included in ordinary analytics events or page URLs.

Job applicants and course enquiries

When you apply for a job or enquire about a course, we store the details you give us, and any CV you upload, in our own secure database and private file storage. Only the Kora.Blr team members who handle hiring and enquiries can see them. We use them only to consider you for roles or the course and to contact you about them. We keep applications and enquiries for 12 months, then delete them. They are never included in analytics, page addresses or advertising. To see, correct or delete your details sooner, email us at the address below.
