Programme terms and refunds

1. Fee

₹30,000 + 18% GST (₹35,400 in total). Every payment gets a GST invoice from The Bangalore Coffee Company.

2. Payment

Your seat is confirmed when we receive payment.

3. If you cancel

7 or more days before the batch starts: full refund. Less than 7 days before: move once to a later batch, or get a 50% refund. After the batch starts: no refund; if you miss days for a medical reason, with proof, you can make them up once in a later batch.

4. If we cancel or move a batch

You choose a full refund or a seat in another batch.

5. Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days.

6. Certificate

You need at least 90% attendance and a pass in the final practical assessment, with one free re-assessment if needed.

7. Placement support

• A priority interview for open roles at Kora.Blr cafés
• Introductions to partner cafés and restaurants in our network, only with your permission
• Help with your CV and interview preparation

Placement support does not promise employment. Whether you're hired depends on your final assessment, your interviews and the openings available at the time.

We share your details with partner cafés only with your permission.

8. Practice and safety

Follow the trainer's safety and hygiene instructions. Practice sessions are supervised training, not work shifts.

9. Photos and videos

We ask before featuring you in any photo, video or post.
