About the role

As Guest Relations Executive you're the first and last person our guests meet. You welcome them, find them the right table, look after reservations and make sure they leave happy.

What you'll do

• Welcome every guest at the door and seat them, matching groups, families and guests who come in to work with the right space
• Manage table reservations, the waitlist and seating so the floor stays balanced at rush hour
• Answer calls and messages about reservations, events, the menu and timings
• Tell guests about specials and weekly events such as jamming sessions and open mics
• Check on guests during their visit, take feedback and pass any issue quickly to the Shift Lead
• Coordinate with the floor and kitchen teams on large groups and special requests
• Support billing and payments on the POS when needed
• Keep the entrance and waiting area clean and welcoming
• Get to know our regulars by name

What you bring

• Fresher to 2 years in guest relations, front desk or service in a café, restaurant or hotel
• Excellent spoken English, plus Kannada or Hindi
• A warm, confident and well-groomed presence
• Calm under pressure when the café is full
• Basic computer skills
• Available for rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends

Nice to have

• A hotel management or hospitality diploma
• Experience with reservation or POS software
